Virginian Pilot October 17, 1980

NEW YORK -Joseph Clark of 419 W. 129th St., Apt. 32, the husband of Mrs. Weenie 
Clark and a native of Bayboro, N.C., died Wednesday in Harlem Hospital.
He was a retired custodian for the New York City School Board with 30 years of 
service. He was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses of New York.
Other survivors include a sister, Mrs. Dora Gaston of Chesapeake, Va.; a 
brother, Carl W. Clark Sr. of Norfolk; a niece; three nephews; and a great-
niece.
The body was sent to Hale Funeral Home in Norfolk for a funeral Saturday at 3 
p.m. in Calvary Cemetery. The family will be at the home of his brother in 
Norfolk, 2625 Mapleton Ave. They will assemble at the funeral home Saturday at 
2:15 p.m.
