NORFOLK — Mrs. Louie Higgins Clark, 95, of 3810 Llewellyn Ave. died in her home 
Monday.

She was the widow of Edward Alexander Clark and a daughter of Woodbery and Mrs. 
Alice Springfield.

A native of Wolfboro, N.H., she lived in this area many years.

She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Sister Constantia Clark of Washington; and three 
sons, Louie H. Clark of Portsmouth, Edward A. Clark Jr. and J. Robert Higgins of 
Norfolk.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church today at 10 
a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
