Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch November 30, 1922
CLARK – At Bluefield, W.Va., Tuesday evening, November 28, 1922, at 8 o’clock, 
FRANK H. CLARK, aged 36 years and 8 months.
Funeral services from the funeral home of H. C. Smith Co., 346 W. Twelfth street, 
corner Moran avenue, TOMORROW (Friday) AFTERNOON, December 1, at 2:30 o’clock. 
Friends of the family invited to attend. Interment, Forest Lawn cemetery.

From burial records, he was buried in Elmwood Cemetery.
