The Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark Sunday January 4, 1914

Mrs. Georgianna Clarke, daughter of Margaret A. and the late George W. Duvall, 
died at 3:30 o’clock yesterday afternoon at the family residence, Little Bay, 
Norfolk County. She was 67 years old and was well known and esteemed. Mrs. 
Clarke was a member of the Freemason Street Baptist Church. Besides her 
mother, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. James A. Ridgewell. 
The funeral will take place at the above residence at noon tomorrow. Services 
will be conducted by Rev. Dr. Sparks W. Melton of Freemason Street Baptist 
Church. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
