Seat Pleasant, MD - Shaffer Lee Clark Sr., a native of Norfolk, died July 26 in
Prince George County hospital.

He was an employee of Ducell Auto Parts Co. in Maryland.

He was a member of St. Thomas AMEZ Church, Norfolk.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Jeanette C. Williams and Miss Carolyn
Clark, and a son, Shaffer Lee Clark, all of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Mrs.
Shirley J. Wilson of Norfolk and Mrs. Sylvia E. Ruffins of Chesapeake; three
brothers, Dennis E. Clark of Norfolk, Morris Clark of Chesapeake, and S. Sgt.
Theodore R. Clark Jr., of Korea; and two grandchildren.

The body was taken to Pretlow’s Funeral Home in Norfolk. A funeral was held
Sunday at 2 p.m. in St. Thomas AMEZ Church by the Rev. G. L. Scott. Burial was
in Calvary Cemetery, Norfolk.
