Virginian Pilot Sunday November 18, 1906

The remains of the late Mrs. Malinda Clendenning, wife of Arthur Clendenning, 
who died last Wednesday afternoon at the family residence near Fentress, 
Norfolk county, were laid to rest in Magnolia Cemetery Friday afternoon.
She was 25 years old and had been ill for eight months.  She is survived by a 
husband, an eight-months-old daughter, mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Amos 
Swartz.
The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Mr. Wert, of the Mennonite Church.
