Etheridge, 2725 Marlboro avenue, yesterday morning at 3:15 o'clock after a short illness. Besides his daughter, Mrs. Etheridge, he is survived by four sons, George W., Frank W., James A. and Norman S. Etheridge (Clibourne), all of Norfolk; a brother, Allie W. Cliborne, of Austin, Texas; five grandchildren; three great- grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Mr. Clibourne for 40 years was connected with the Norfolk & Western and the Norfolk Southern railways as a supervisor prior to his retirement in 1939. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church and of Lafayette Lodge 9, I.O.O.F. Funeral services will be conducted at the Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home, Thirty-fifth street at Colonial avenue, tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park.
