Virginian Pilot December 28, 1904

Mrs. Emily Clinton, wife of Henry Clinton, died at the residence of her 
husband, corner of Maple and Chesapeake Avenues, East Brambleton, at 7:15 
a.m. yesterday, in the 56th year of her age.  The funeral will be held from 
McKendree mission, East Brambleton, today.

CLINTON - At the residence of her husband, Henry Clinton, corner Maple and 
Chesapeake Avenues, East Brambleton, Tuesday, December 27th, 1904, at 7:15 
a.m., EMILY CLINTON, in the 56th year of her age.
Funeral services at McKendree Mission, East Brambleton, WEDNESDAY, December 
28, 1904.  Friends are invited to attend.

The funeral of the late Mrs. Emily Clinton whose death occurred at the home 
of her husband, Henry Clinton, corner of Maple and Chesapeake Avenues, East 
Brambleton, Tuesday morning, was held from McKendree Methodist Mission, East 
Brambleton, at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon.  The service was conducted by 
the pastor, Rev. George H. McFaden.  The remains were laid to rest in 
Elmwood Cemetery.
