Virginian-Pilot June 25, 1958
LYNNHAVEN — Richard Charles Clucas, 60, died at the residence in Lynnhaven Tuesday 
at 8:15 p.m. He was a native of the British Isles, a son of the late William Henry 
and Mrs. Mary Ellen Johnson Clucas and had lived at Lynnhaven for 47 years.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Virginia Toms Clucas, a niece and two nephews.
Mr. Clucas formerly owned the Ideal Laundry.
Funeral service will be conducted at the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Thursday 
at 3:30 p.m. by the Rev. P. Rowland Wagner, pastor of Central Baptist Church. 
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
