Norfolk Virginian Pilot August 1, 1947

Mrs. Hazel Mae, Coble, 41, daughter of Mrs. Georgie Inscoe Hill, of Raleigh, 
N.C. and the late John Hill, died at a local hospital yesterday at 3:25 p.m.
She was a native of Raleigh, N.C., and lived in this section 27 years, residing 
at 725 West Olney Road at the time of her death.
Surviving her, besides her mother, are three daughters, Mrs. F.I. Williams and 
Mrs. Herman Marlow, both of Norfolk and Mrs. Joyce Lee Carvin, of Fayetteville, 
N.C.; two sons, Raymond Andrews, of Beloit, Wis. and Lewis Andrews, of Norfolk; 
and two grandchildren.
Services will be held at the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tomorrow at 2 p.m. 
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Mrs. Hazel Mae Coble — Funeral services for Mrs. Coble, who died Thursday 
afternoon at a local hospital, were held at the chapel of the H. D. Oliver 
Funeral Apartments, Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock, with the Rev. Paul V. 
Heller, of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, officiating. Interment was in St. 
Mary's Cemetery.
