Born in Norfolk, he was a student at Richard Milburn School and a member of First Baptist Church Lamberts Point. He is survived by his mother, Geraldine Cox Cochran; a sister, Schvonda Cochran; a brother, Willie Cochran III, all of Norfolk; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. A funeral will be held at noon Friday at First Baptist Church Lamberts Point by the Rev. Anthony Paige. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. The remains will be ready for viewing from 3:30 to 8 p.m. today. The body will be taken to the church at 10 a.m. The family will assemble at the residence at 11 a.m. for the procession. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
