Coe, a former resident of Norfolk, died yesterday at 12:20 a.m. at the Mound Park Hospital, St. Petersburg, Fla., after an illness of one week. A native of Schenectady, N.Y. she resided here 30 years before moving to Florida about two years ago. Her home was at 315 West 27th Street. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christian Morser. She was a member of the Temple Baptist Church of Norfolk, the Four-Score- and-Ten Club, of Norfolk and Virginia Chapter No. 22, Order of Eastern Star. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Anna Coe Knox, of Mendota, Ill.; Mrs. Jessie Coe, of Norfolk and Mrs. Bruce Cunningham, of Salem, Ore.; one sister, Mrs. Ida Garnett, of Norfolk; one brother, Ira Morser, of St. Petersburg; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The body will be brought to the Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk, where services will be conducted tomorrow at 4 p.m. The Order of Eastern Star will conduct services at the grave in Elmwood Cemetery.
