The boy died at St. Vincent’s Hospital several days ago, and as the family had no money with which to conduct the burial, notice was given the Health Department. It is understood that the taking of testimony in the case in the office of the High Constable Thursday will be merely a matter of form, as Dr. Kight, coroner, already has sufficient evidence in his possession to convince him that the affair was an accident.
