NORFOLK - Eulis M. Cogan, 71, of 1224 Woodrow Ave., the husband of Mrs. Pauline 
Sugar Cogan and a retired merchant, died Friday in a hospital.
He was a native of Norfolk and a member of B'Nai Israel Congregation.
Other survivors include two sons, Allan Cogan and Carl Cogan; a sister, Mrs. 
Eva C. Hurwitz, and four brothers, Herman Cogan, Alfred Cogan, Harry Cogan, and 
Max Cogan, all of Norfolk.
The body was taken to H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments.
