Mary Ann Kirwan Cole, 84, of the 1100 block of Chatmoss Drive, died March 3, 1993, 
in a Virginia Beach hospital.

Mrs. Cole, a native of Fort Randall, S.D., was the widow of Cletus A. Cole. She 
was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Norfolk and was a volunteer with 
the Cousteau Society and the Senior Center of Norfolk.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary Ann Cole Blair of Virginia Beach; two sons, 
Dean Evan Cole of Beaver Creek, Ohio, and Paul Cletus Cole of Virginia Beach; and 
seven grandchildren.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday in Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church by the Rev. John Dorgan. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. 
The family will receive friends in the funeral home this evening from 7 to 8 p.m. 
H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
