Virginian-Pilot  May 28, 1940
William A. Cole — Funeral services for Mr. Cole, whose death occurred Sunday, were 
held yesterday afternoon at 4:30 o’clock at the chapel of the H. D. Oliver Funeral 
Apartments, with the Rev. Robert B. Kealey, pastor of Holy Trinity Catholic 
Church, officiating. The casket was covered with clusters of white carnations, 
calla lilies, roses and fern. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Undertaker's assistants served as pallbearers.
