The Norfolk Virginian Pilot August 2, 1939
Mrs. Agnes V. Coleman, aged 81, widow of Capt. A. T. Coleman, died at a local 
hospital yesterday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock.  She was a native of Norfolk 
County, and a resident of Norfolk for the past 15 years, residing at 3300 
Verdun avenue at the time of her death.  Mrs. Coleman is survived by several 
relatives of Baltimore.

Funeral services will be held at the chapel of the H. D. Oliver Funeral 
Apartments, 1501 Colonial avenue, with the Rev. Clay W. Hillman, pastor of the 
Fairmount Park Methodist Church, officiating.  Interment will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery.
