Norfolk - Final rites for Miss Delores Louise Coleman, 34, of 1361 College
avenue, the Bronx, New York City, will be conducted here Saturday, in Jerusalem
Baptist Church by the Rev. Thomas M. Venable. Interment will be in Calvary
Cemetery with Riddick Funeral Service in charge.

The Norfolk native, a daughter of Mrs. Lucy Coleman and the late Emmett Coleman,
died Oct. 2 in a New York hospital. She was a former supervisor at the Girls
School of Correction in Trenton, NJ; and a social worker in New York. Lately
taught there in a the Head Start program.

She was a Jerusalem Baptist Church member.

Surviving, besides her mother, are two brothers, John W. Coleman of New York and
Emmitt Coleman Jr. of Washington; and two sisters, Mrs. Murial Perry and Mrs.
Pearl Johnson of Norfolk.
