Virginian-Pilot  May 20, 1940
Mrs. Margaret E. Coleman, widow of Robert Coleman, and daughter of the late Henry 
and Mrs. Johanna O’Brien Hannan, died at Richmond Saturday evening at 6:30 
o’clock. Mrs. Coleman was a native of Petersburg, and a resident of Richmond for 
many years.

She is survived by one sister, Mrs. J. J. Carty, and three nieces, Mrs. Frank 
Barry, Mrs. E. A. Tall and Mrs. Charles Diani, all of Norfolk.

Funeral services will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, South Richmond, 
this morning at 10 o’clock. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Norfolk, 
this afternoon at 5 o’clock, with the Rev. Leo J. Ryan, S.T.D., pastor of Blessed 
Sacrament Catholic Church, conducting services at the grave.
