Norfolk - Avis Teena Coles of 733 Filer Street died Sunday in Norfolk.

A native of Norfolk, she was a third year student at Norfolk State University.

Survivors include her parents, Marian W. Coles and Miles Coles, and two sisters, 
Felecia L. Taylor and Sharon A. Whitt, all of Norfolk.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Garretts Community Church by 
Dr. Johnnie L. Reid. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

The family will be at the residence. A wake service will be held from 7 to 8 
p.m. Wednesday in Hale Funeral Home.
