Norfolk - Funeral service for George W. Collette, aged and outstanding religious 
and civic worker of Norfolk for a half a century, who died suddenly at a 
convocation of churchmen at Goff Street Holiness Tabernacle Tuesday, Aug. 28, were 
held at Holy Temple on Chapel street Friday afternoon Aug. 31, with the pastor 
officiating, assisted by a number of other clergymen.

Mr. Collette was co-founder of the church in which he was funeralized.
