NEW YORK — Samuel Q. Collins III, 35, of 167 East 62nd St., a Norfolk, Va., 
native, died Sunday in a hospital.
Mr. Collins was employed with Paine, Webber, Jackson and Curtis Inc. He was a 
graduate of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Survivors include a daughter, Alexandra R. Collins of Greenwich, Conn.; and his 
mother, Mrs. Samuel Q. Collins Jr. of Norfolk.
The funeral was conducted today in St. James Episcopal Church, New York. Memorial 
donations may be made to the Darden School of Business at the University of 
Virginia. Leo P. Gallagher & Sons Funeral Home, Greenwich, handled arrangements.
