Norfolk Journal and Guide, Feb 2, 1963
Mrs. Sarah Phillips Collins, 79, of 908 Grayson avenue, who died at her home 
Jan. 26, received final rites Thursday at First Calvary Baptist Church.

The Rev. C. E. Griffin officiated at the service.  Burial was in Calvary 
Cemetery under direction of Morning Glory Funeral Home.

A member of First Calvary, Mrs. Collins was a native of Kinston, NC.

Survivors include her husband, Julius Collins;  a son, George Collins of New 
York;  four daughters, Miss Carrie Collins and Mrs. Sibbie Lucas of Norfolk and 
Mrs. Amy Seay of Brooklyn.
