A native of Ft. Missoula, Mont., he was a son of the late Joseph and Mrs. Martha Collins. He was a carpenter. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Virginia Cole, Mrs. Mattie Africa and Mrs. Emily Pajarillo, and a brother, James Collins, all of Norfolk. A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in Riddick Funeral Service by the Rev. Lloyd Williams. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Additional Comments: Norfolk Journal and Guide, Jan. 4, 1964 Norfolk - Final rites were held New Year's Day at Riddick funeral Home for Carroll Collins of 2322 Barraud avenue, who died Dec. 29 at his home. The Rev. Lloyd Williams officiated at the service. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery. A carpenter, Mr. Collins was a native of Missoula, MT. He is survived by a brother, James Collins of Norfolk; and three sisters, Mrs. Emily Pajillo, Mrs. Mattie Africa and Mrs. Virginia Cole, also of Norfolk.
