Geraldine Lowery Collins, 66, died Nov. 14, 1993, in her residence. 
She was born in Norfolk and was retired from the State of Virginia in support 
enforcement. She was a 1946 graduate of Maury High School, a member of Cape 
Story by the Sea Civic League and an active volunteer with the Salvation Army. 
Survivors include two daughters, Dorothy V. Krusenklaus and Cheryl L. Collins, 
both of Virginia Beach; two sons, Charles L. Collins Jr. of Springfield, Va., 
and Thomas A. Collins of Virginia Beach; four grandchildren; and an aunt, 
Dorothy B. Johnson of Virginia Beach. 
A funeral will be conducted at 7 p.m. today in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, 
Lynnhaven Chapel, by Dr. Richard Keever. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. 
Wednesday in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Norfolk. The family will be at the funeral 
home from 5 to 7 p.m. today and following the graveside service at 1621 
Emmerton Court (Salem Woods), Virginia Beach. Memorial donations may be made to 
the Salvation Army.
