Cathryn ''Hazel'' Norman Collins, 90, of the 7300 block of Hampton Blvd., died 
Thursday, July 16, 1998, in a Norfolk hospital. 
Born in New York City, she was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Quinton 
Collins Jr., and her son, Samuel Quinton Collins III. She was a member of 
Norfolk Yacht and Country Club. 
She is survived by her granddaughter, Alexandra R. Collins of Portland, Maine; 
and a niece, Elizabeth Leonard Eastman of Sarasota, Fla. 
Her body was donated to the enlightenment of medical science. No services are 
planned. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
