Jack Cornick Colonna, 65, of the 1300 block of Graydon Ave., died Dec. 1, 
1998, at his home.
Mr. Colonna was a native of Norfolk and retired from the Merchant Marine 
Service, Virginia Electric and Power Company, and the Real Estate Business. 
He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Norfolk.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Brownley Colonna of Norfolk; two 
daughters, Patricia Colonna Titi, and her husband, Capt. Richard J. Titi, of 
Quantico, Va., Helene Colonna Childress, and her husband, Marty Childress, 
of Norfolk; two sisters, Fannie Jo Ellison of Clearwater, Fla., and Mary 
Colonna; two brothers, Henry T. Colonna of Chesapeake and Bruce Colonna; two 
grandchildren, Chelsea Lynn Titi and Christopher Childress; and many nieces 
and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. today at Elmwood Cemetery by 
the Rev. John Capellaro. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to 
Operation Smile. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, is handling 
arrangements.
