Luther Melvin Commodore — Funeral services for Mr. Commodore, who died Sunday, 
were conducted at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Ocean View, yesterday at 10 a.m., 
by the Nev. Paul Gaughan. Present in the sanctuary were the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Michael 
J. Cannon, the Rev. Carlos Poole, the Rev. Henry Magee, the Rev. John Meehan and 
the Rev. Gabriel Maiorelio. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Pallbearers were 
Capt. B. H. Dowe, J. A. Galvin, N. C. Daughtery, J. B. Murden, Samuel Hughson, Ray 
Blanton, Harry Sawyer, and H. Twiford.
