MR. EUGENE COMPERE

The funeral of this well-known citizen, who passed away at this home, No. 862 
Church Street, Saturday, was solemnized from the funeral apartments of Mr. H. D. 
Oliver, Freemason Street, at 6 o'clock Sunday afternoon.  Rev. Father J. J. 
Doherty, of St. Mary's Catholic Church, conducted the services.  The remains were 
laid to rest in Elmwood Cemetery.
