CHESAPEAKE - Sheldon M. Congleton, 69, passed away Nov. 30, 2008. The funeral will 
be conducted at 1 p.m. today in the Francis Gay Chapel of Oman Funeral Home & 
Crematory, 1146 Rodgers St., Chesapeake. Interment will follow in St. Mary's 
Catholic Cemetery, Norfolk. Friends are also invited to send condolences and sign
