Virginia F. Contrado, 93, passed away on May 18, 2014. Born in New York, she was an
Administrative 
Assistant to the President of Burrow and Watson Marine Insurance for over 30 years.
She was a devoted 
grandmother and helped raise both of her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Vincent P. Contrado, Sr.; and
brother, Walter Frances. 
She is survived by her son, V. Paul Contrado and wife Nikki of Virginia Beach, VA;
two grandchildren, 
Michael Contrado of Colorado and Kathryn Arnold and husband Ryan of Virginia Beach,
VA; and three 
great-grandchildren, Christian Contrado, Sydney Arnold and Gabriella Arnold.

The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, on
Friday, May 23, 2014, 
from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 24,
2014, at Our Saviour 
Lutheran Church by Pastor Harry W. Griffith. Interment will follow in St. Mary's
Catholic Cemetery, Norfolk, 
VA. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be offered to Our Saviour Lutheran
Church. Condolences may be 
offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
