Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch November 3, 1939
Mrs. Hannah Smith Cook, formerly a resident of Norfolk, died yesterday morning at 
her home in Flushing, Long Island, N. Y., after a short illness, it was learned 
here yesterday. She had been a resident of Flushing more than 30 years.
She is survived by a sister in Norfolk, Mrs. Robert D. Parrott, of 529 Connecticut 
avenue, and several nieces and nephews here.
Funeral and burial services will be in Flushing at a time to be announced later.
