COOKE, GEORGE THOMAS – At a local hospital, Sunday, August 21, 1938, at 2:10 
o’clock p.m., GEORGE THOMAS COOKE, husband of Mrs. Bessie Savage Cooke, in the 
65th year of his age. Funeral services will be conducted at the Ewell & Williamson 
Funeral Home, Thirty-fifth street at Colonial avenue, THIS (Tuesday) AFTERNOON, 
August 23, 1938, at 3:30 o’clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. 
Interment, Elmwood Cemetery.
