COOKE, GRACE CHRISTIAN – At a local hospital, Thursday, October 19th, 1939, at 
3:45 o’clock a.m., GRACE CHRISTIAN, widow of Elbert Rollins (sic) Cooke, and 
daughter of the late W. F. Gregory, and Mattie Virginia Webb Gregory, age 62 
years. Services at the chapel of the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, No. 1501 
Colonial avenue, SUNDAY AFTERNOON at 2 o’clock. Friends of the family are invited 
to attend. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery.
