John Benson Cooper - Funeral services for Mr. Cooper, 735 Chapel street, who
died at his home on Saturday, Oct. 18, were held from Hale Funeral Parlor on
Tuesday afternoon at 3 p.m. Oct. 21, with the Rev. W. O. Carson, pastor of
Metropolitan AME Zion Church officiating. Interment followed in the family plot
of Calvary Cemetery.
