Funeral services for Mrs. Mary J. Cooper, 58, who died at her residence, 854 
Henry St., on Monday, January 8, were conducted at First Calvary Baptist 
Church on Thursday, January 11, with the pastor, the Rev. O. J. Aden 
officiating. A native of North Carolina, Mrs. Cooper had lived in Norfolk for 
the past 30 years and ws the wife of Willis Cooper by whom she is survived. 
Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.
