Cooper, died at the residence, 1430 West Thirty-eighth street, yesterday morning at 5 o'clock. She was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk, and was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. Surviving her are two brothers, I.W. and J. T. Miller of Norfolk; three grandchildren, Mrs. B. Widener, of Norfolk; Miss Irma Cooper, of Mobile, Ala., and John Mundy of Beckley, W.Va., and one great-grandchild. The body was taken to H.D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 510-512 East Freemason street, pending funeral arrangements.
