Winifred W. Cooper, 99, of the 3100 Shore Drive, died Aug. 8, 2000, in her 
residence.
Mrs. Cooper was born in Connecticut and raised in Norfolk. She was a life member 
of Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters Auxiliary.
Survivors include two nieces, Mildred W. Womack of Norfolk and Elizabeth W. 
Phelan of Atlanta, Ga.; and several great-nieces and -nephews.
A graveside service will conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at Magnolia Cemetery in 
Norfolk by the Rev. John Eidam.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Children's Hospital of The 
King's Daughters. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, is handling 
arrangements.
