Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - August 19, 1993 
Willie Eugene Cooper of the 900 block of Rugby St., a rental clerk, died Aug. 
17, 1993, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. 
Mr. Cooper was born in Norfolk and was a Baptist. 
Survivors include his mother, Rosa Cooper of Norfolk; and three brothers, Gary 
Cooper of Germany, Raymond Cooper of Washington, D.C., and Howard Biggs of 
Norfolk. 
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Magnolia Cemetery. The family 
will gather at Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, at 10:15 a.m. for 
the processional. The family will receive friends at 709 Lake Edward Drive, 
Virginia Beach, at all other times. There will be no viewing.
