Norfolk Journal and Guide, Aug. 23,1975
Norfolk - Mrs. Bertha Copeland, of 1724 Berkley Ave., died Wednesday, July 23 in
a local hospital.

A native of Winfall, NC, she was the widow of Jesse W. Copeland Sr.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Audrey Johnson of Norfolk;  a son, Jesse W.
Copeland of Detroit, MI;  six grandchildren;  and six great grandchildren.

The body was taken to Graves Funeral Home.
