FUNERAL OF MR. JAMES CORBETT

The funeral of this well-known citizen took place at 3:30 p. m. yesterday from St. 
Mary’s Catholic Church, and was largely attended by friends and acquaintances. The 
services were conducted by Rev. John J. Doherty, the pastor, and the remains were 
interred in the Catholic Cemetery. There were a number of handsome and appropriate 
floral offerings. The following gentlemen were the pall-bearers: Messrs. John C. 
Cashin, John T. Fogarty, Patrick Noonan, James P. Furlong, M. Dusenberry, B. 
Talls, Jacob L. Shaffer and Walter C. Withy.
