Miss Corleto graduated from Maury High School in 1941 and volunteered as a nurse's aide during World War II. After graduation, she worked in the banking business and retired from Bank of America. Miss Corleto was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Louis Corleto, Jr. of St. Louis, Mo., and is survived by two brothers, Louis Patrick Corleto and wife Catherine Schwallenberg of Nags Head, N.C., and Vincent DePaul Corleto and wife Pat Kilmon of Virginia Beach. Dorothy will be missed by five nieces and six nephews, Mary Cay Corleto and husband Kevin Kelly of Oviedo, Fla., Elizabeth A. Corleto and husband Ron Arseneau of Arlington, Texas, Ann S. Corleto and husband Doug Surpeinant of Nags Head, Sally P. Corleto and husband Steve DiDominico of Mount Laurel, N.J., Ellen M. Corleto and husband Jerry Jones of Westmont, N.J., Louis P. Corleto, Jr. of Duluth, Ga., Joseph D. Corleto, Jr. and wife Holly Halsch of Williamstown, N.J., James B. and wife Bobbi Kesler Corleto of Norfolk, David V. Corleto and Anthony B. Corleto of Virginia Beach and Maj. Joseph R. and wife Lisa Carleo Corleto of Bahrain. She is also survived by 28 great-nephews and -nieces. A Rosary will be said today at 7 p.m. in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, and the family will continue to receive friends until 9 p.m. A graveside service will be held Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery at 11 a.m. The family wishes to extend their grateful appreciation to her caregivers, Pearl Peters and Latonia Corprew, for their loving care of Dorothy and also to the staff of Baylake Retirement and Assisted Living Community in Virginia Beach. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 20 Koger Executive Center, Suite 223, Norfolk, VA. 23502.
