NORFOLK - John M. Correia, 47, of 1526 Shelton Ave., died in Kecoughtan Veterans 
Administration Hospital, Friday.

A son of Mrs. Mary Mariner Correia and the late John L. Correia, he was a lifelong 
resident of Norfolk. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of St. Mary's 
Catholic Church.

Besides his mother, he is survived by a sister, Miss Mary V. Correia, of Norfolk.

The Rosary will be recited at the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Tuesday at 8 
p.m. A funeral service will be held in St. Mary's Catholic Church Wednesday at 10 
a m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
