Norfolk Virginian Pilot May 10 1954

Mrs. Maggie Bellingham Cosgrove, widow of Owen J. Cosgrove and daughter of James 
H. and Mrs. Jane Louise Toll Bellingham, a native of Brooklyn, N.Y. and a 
resident of Norfolk for 60 years, died at the residence, 817 West 52nd Street, 
yesterday at 9:55 p.m. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
Surviving her are two daughters, Mrs. Louis Talley and Mrs. Wallace Norfleet and 
one grandson, Louis O. Talley, Jr., all of Norfolk.
The body was taken to the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments pending funeral 
arrangements.

Mrs. Maggie Bellingham Cosgrove — Funeral services for Mrs. Cosgrove, widow of 
Owen J. Cosgrove, who died Sunday night at the residence, 817 West 52nd Street, 
were conducted at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church yesterday at 10 a.m. by the 
Rev. Thomas Summers, the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Leo J. Ryan was present in the 
sanctuary. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery. The pallbearers were N. J. 
Pearson, William C. Snow, Joseph Davilla, Sr., William Graham, Jr., George R. 
Lufsey and M. L. Smallinger.
