Guy Thomas ``Tom'' Costa, 67, of the 400 block of Seeman Road, a retired petty 
officer first class, died Dec. 4, 1991, in a hospital.

Mr. Costa was born in New York City and was a Catholic. He had retired from the 
Navy after 21 years and had retired from Paxton Co. after 14 years.

He was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Norfolk.

Survivors include his wife, Janet R. Costa; two daughters, Mary Costa of Norfolk 
and Linda Costa of Virginia Beach; four sons, Tom Costa, Robert Costa, Stephen 
Costa and Joseph Costa, all of Norfolk; and six grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral 
Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Joseph Lehman. Burial will be in St. 
Mary's Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 
Saturday in the funeral home.
