Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, February 10, 1999
Grandville Cottrell, 92, of the 200 block of Oakengate Turn, died Feb. 8, 1999,
in Norfolk.

Born in Louisa, Ky., he retired from Louisa Public Works after 30 years of service.

He is survived by a sister, Georgia Hewitt of Virginia Beach; a niece, Yvonne
Brown and her husband, Edward L. Brown Sr., of Virginia Beach; great-nieces and
-nephews; and a host of friends.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Thursday in Graves Funeral Home. Burial will
be in Calvary Cemetery .
