Couch, died at 9 o'clock yesterday morning at a local hospital. Mrs. Couch was a native of Philadelphia and had been a resident of Norfolk for the past 30 years, residing at 739 West Thirty-eighth Street at the time of her death. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. C.R. Davies and Mrs. Helen C. Mears, of Norfolk; one son, Frederick J. Couch, of Petersburg, Va. and five grandchildren. The body will be taken from the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Avenue, to the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, for services tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary services will be held at the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tonight at 8 o'clock. **************************************************************************** Mrs. Marie Frances Couch — Funeral services for Mrs. Couch, widow of Perley T. Couch, whose death occurred Monday, were held at 10 o’clock yesterday morning at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, with the Rev. Leo J. Ryan, S.T.D., the pastor, officiating. The Rev. E P. Kilgalen and the Rev. J. O. Schmidhauser were in the sanctuary. In his address at the conclusion of the mass Father Ryan paid tribute to Mrs. Couch’s loyalty to her home and church. The church choir sang “Nearer, My God to Thee," with Mrs. R. P. Smith as organist. There was a large attendance and many floral offerings. The casket was covered with a pall of Easter lilies, red roses, white chrysanthemums and fern. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, and services at the grave were conducted by the Rev. J. O. Schmidhauser. Pallbearers were Edward J. Fox, Francis V. Bartol, Samuel Annunciata, Quinton Zeller, George W. Cox and Pasquale Annunciata.
