Virginian Pilot July 20, 1993

Leroy Council of the 700 block of St. Paul Blvd., died July 15, 1993, in 
Norfolk.
Mr. Council was the son of the late Elizabeth and Johnnie Council and the 
brother of the late Gloria J. Council.
Survivors include one sister, Vivian E. Womack, and one brother, Joseph Artis, 
both of Norfolk; and a host of relatives and friends.
A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Metropolitan Funeral 
Service. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. The family will assemble at 3014 
Dogan St., Norfolk, at noon Wednesday for the funeral processional to the 
chapel.
