The deceased was born in Ireland, but had been a resident of this city for forty-five years and was highly esteemed by a large circle of friends and acquaintances. He was twice married, but both wives preceded him to the grave some years ago. His funeral will be solemnized from St. Mary's Catholic Church at 10 o'clock Thursday morning. ************** COURAN — At No. 126 Chapel street, Tuesday, December 13th, 1904, at 10 o'clock a.m., MOSES COURAN, in the 80th year of his age. Funeral services from St. Mary’s Catholic Church THURSDAY MORNING at 10 o’clock. Friends are invited to attend. *************************************************************************** The funeral of the late Moses Couran was solemnized from St. Mary's Catholic Church at 10 o'clock yesterday morning. Requiem mass was celebrated by the pastor, Rev. Father John Doherty. During the offertory, Mrs. James Hughes rendered "Oh, Salutaris." The remains were laid to rest in St. Mary's cemetery. Following were the pallbearers: Messrs. John A. Beacher, John F. Lawler, Wm. M. Hannan, James O'Rourke, John Elmire, P. J. Larney, Patrick Hart and E. C. Cheshire.
