NORFOLK - Claude H. Cousins Sr. of 6012 Lockamy Lane, a native of Norfolk and 
the husband of the late Louise Cousins, died Monday in his home.

He had retired from Cavalier Marine Supply Co. as a shipping clerk. He was 
member of First Baptist Church, Lamberts Point.

Survivors include four daughters, Andreal Cousins, Myra C. Duffee and Claudette 
W. Rice, all of Norfolk, and Maxine Cornegay of Layton, Okla.; five sons, Claude 
H. Cousins Jr., the Rev. Larry B. Cousins, Lloyd S. Cousins, all of Norfolk, and 
Lewis L. Cousins of San Antonio, Texas; two brothers, Anthony Cousins and Reuben 
Cousins, both of Norfolk; 19 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist church, Lamberts 
Point, by Dr. M.L. Williams. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, with Hale 
Funeral Home in charge.

The family will be at the residence. The body will be in the church at 10 a.m. 
Saturday.
